What is POSH Compliance?

Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) compliance is a legal mandate that seeks to create a workplace free from any form of sexual harassment. It is governed by the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013, and is applicable to all organizations employing 10 or more individuals.
